The Process of Working With Us
We are conscientious of the turnaround times, are reliable, presentable, and always end with a goal of a beautifully finished repair, ready for closing. Our shop focuses on small jobs like punch lists and regular home maintenance, so you can rest assured that when you call, we are available.

STEP 1
Move out Cleaning
After a year or more, without proper maintenance, you need professional help to return your rental property to top condition.
We offer an extremely detailed turnover service which includes deep cleaning of all areas, including the inside of the oven, fridge, cabinetry, all interior windows, and blinds.
STEP 2
tUB/cOUNTER rESURFACE
Resurfacing the bathtub is an efficient way of adding that new-look sheen to a used tub. As long as it doesn’t need replacing, we resurface. Adding life to your bathrooms.
STEP 3
General Maintenance
This is stage of the process where we do all of the miscellaneous repairs needed after the initial inspection. Examples could be repairing a leak, repairing a garbage disposal, replacing a light fixture, replacing blinds, replacing doors, or other tasks.
STEP 4

Paint

Flooring

During our inspection, we determine the condition of the flooring and let you decide what you want to do. Whatever condition it’s in, we will make sure it looks as good as new before the new resident moves in.
STEP 7
Preventative Maintenance
This stage of the process is reserved for eliminating future problems and unnecessary expense. Our HVAC and Appliance professionals perform preventative maintenance on your HVAC systems and appliances.
Preventative measures include HVAC checks, air filter replacements, appliance checks, smoke alarm battery replacements, and more.
STEP 8
POST RENOVATION CLEANING
The last step of our turn process is our cleaners go in and clean up any messes left over from the painting or repairs like we were never there. They clean the entire unit from top to bottom, so you can be confident when the new resident arrives.
